2. Mail or courier all information to Tom Faganely, 28 Sweetberry Dr. Sudbury, On P3E 6E5
3. You can drop off at our office even when we are closed. Use our secure mail slot in the office door 24/7
4. Appointments can be made for special situations or questions that cannot be resolved over email or phone
What we need from you:

Each year each taxpayer must sign a new T183 (auth. to e-file) Print name in part A and sign at the X in part F

Complete a “client information sheet” (only 1 is required per household)

If you are pension splitting one T1032 (joint election to split pension income) must be signed by both of you on the bottom of the last page

If you are claiming medical you must fill in our Medical Expenses Paid form attached. Once it has been completed we don’t need copies of your receipts, but keep them in case CRA asks to see them. Instructions are on the form.

Please note the following for 2024 tax return filing -
Please wait until you have all your information for filing before sending it to or dropping it off at our office. At a minimum mid-March, but for most it won’t be until April.

Only very basic returns will be completed by our office before March 15th

Canada Revenue Agency does not accept any e-file returns until after February 19, 2025 as they are updating their system for the 2024 returns

If you have RSP contributions in the 1st 60 days of 2025 you must wait for those slips before we can do your 2024 taxes. They are sometimes not received until April.

The RRSP contribution deadline is March 3rd, 2025

If you have T3 slips from investment income, you must wait until April.

Payments we accept are e-transfer, cash, or cheque. (Sorry NO debit or credit cards)
